We understand construction sites need a certain calibre of security staff and that each construction site is different. That’s why at Phoenix FMS each quotation and consultation we give is bespoke to your construction site. We also know that you want and need security staff that care about the site and are trained to a high standard. All of our staff are trained in customer service NVQ level 2 and given extra training in construction site safety. All of our guards are SIA licence holders and most hold valid CSCS cards.
